Sublimation Printing is a method for transferring images onto a substrate. Sublimation printing involves the use of a digital printer to produce mirrored images on paper that has been specially coated with a transfer material. The transfer paper is placed into a heat press with the substrate and exposed to high temperatures. This allows the ink and transfer material to move into the gas state. Once the ink and transfer material are in a gas state, they permeate the fibers of the substrate material. When the heat is removed, the ink has permeated the substrate fibers and solidified. The image is then permanently transferred to the substrate and will not peel or scratch off.

UV Printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultraviolet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. As the ink prints on the surface of a material (called a "substrate"), UV lights immediately begin curing - or drying - the ink. Using UV cured inks decreases smudging before the ink is dry and increases resistance to fading.
